Hi, I'm Dylan!

Product designer and user researcher

I design product experiences for SaaS, currently building agentive tools and fintech infrastructure at Gynger.

I’ve innovated within unicorn-valuation startups, collaborated with globally distributed teams, and dug into front-end code across B2B and enterprise SaaS to tackle meaty challenges that shaped me into a strong UX generalist. AI has leveled-up my practice, allowing me to quickly pressure-test ideas, identify edge cases, and push code for UI polish directly to production.

Building an AR billing platform from the ground up

At Gynger, I’m shaping a first-of-its-kind payments and embedded financing platform built for both buyers and sellers of technology.

So far, I've helped launch the Accounts Receivable (AR) portion of Gynger, scaling up our business from our Accounts Payable (AP)-only platform. The AR experience includes billing workflows encompassing everything from collections management to customer-facing payment flows which have doubled our AR financing fee revenue since launch.

Next, I am building an agent to mitigate risk and shepherd customers through their transactions.
